I needed a new dictaphone  - Speak-IT Solutions listened to my needs and they gave advise on what I needed. They even arranged FaceTime call so I could see the Phillips Speech air working. 

Dictaphone arrived before expected delivery and price cheaper than other internet providers.

I struggled to get Phillips speech air working and they arranged screen share with my computer and dictaphone using Team Viewer. They spent over 1 hour on a Friday evening to make sure it was working correctly. 

There is no other place in the UK that can provide this level of service and without their help would have not been able to set up device and cloud sharing. 

They are a great team with great knowledge and really interested in making sure they provide the correct device for you and your needs and get it working. 

I know if I have problem in the future it will be resolved quickly. 

Dictaphone is working perfectly and has made my life a lot easier.

The PSP1200 (Philips SpeechAir) is amazing! I've had for less than a week and it has already improved my workflow dramatically. I have clinics in several locations and my PA would normally have to wait a day or two to receive dictation from me. Now I am able to email dictations immediately after I have seen each patient without having to fiddle about with cables and my laptop. The device is robust and the Android operating system is very intuitive.

The SpeechExec Pro software adds more layers of functionality which I haven't yet explored fully, but the interface is excellent. I like the fact that it interacts directly with Dragon Naturally Speaking and will use this for my medico-legal reports.

The service from Sean at Speak-IT was fantastic. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products on the website, and specifically the PSP1200. When I phoned him for advice after purchase, he remembered who I was and was very helpful. Personal service like this is hard to come by and very much appreciated.

Very good concept. I'm sure this will make current dictating systems obsolete for people who are on the move. The fact that the dictation is emailed almost as soon as it is finished for transcribing greatly reduces the turnaround time. Only drawback is that currently it is not possible to email some dictation to one person and another dictation to another transcriber without having to reset the ODDS, hopefully this will be addressed in the next version.

I just wanted to say an absolutely huge thank you for all that you've done to get me up and running with the Philips Speechlive software. The software has already made a huge difference to my business. But I couldn't of got to where I am without your patience and expert knowledge.

In a world where everybody thinks that they offer good customer service, my experience of you and your company has been exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend you.
