Free Delivery
This is a signed for delivery service. Depending on the size of your order, we will aim to dispatch your item(s) on the same day on our standard delivery service. This free service applies for orders of over £150.00 plus VAT - deliveries within the Mainland UK only (3-5 working days).
3-5 Working Days
This is a Royal Mail signed for delivery service. Delivery time is 2-3 working days, priced per order at £6.95 plus VAT.
1-2 Working Days
This is a Parcel Force signed for delivery service which aims to deliver your items within 1-2 working days from dispatch. This option is priced per order at £7.25 plus VAT.
Please note: cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next available working day.
Next Day and AM Deliveries
We offer a next working day delivery service from just £8.95 plus VAT. For further special requirements, please contact a member of the dispatch team on 0121 456 7800.*
*All orders placed for next day delivery will be dispatched on the same day as the order was received. Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 4:00 PM. please note that all orders placed after 4:00 PM on a Friday will not be processed until the next business working day.
Non-mainland UK islands
We've currently had to suspend all deliveries outside of the mainland UK, including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience, and we hope to reintroduce this service soon.
Other delivery terms and conditions
Every effort is made to deliver promptly, but no delivery dates are guaranteed and deliveries are subject to availability.
Speech Products by Speak-IT Solutions Ltd reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments if necessary. Delay in delivery does not relieve the Customer of their obligation to accept and pay for the remaining deliveries or Goods already delivered.
All claims for non-delivery shall be deemed waived unless reported to Speak-IT Solutions Ltd within 14 days of the delivery date of each shipment, or if there is a proof of delivery with a valid signature.
